5th Annual RVA Cherry Blossom Festival

 As the cherry blossom trees start to bloom and take over VCU with vivid bursts of white and pink, the Japanese Student Association is hosting the 5th annual RVA Cherry Blossom Festival on Sunday, March 31st, 2019!  The event will be from 1-5PM, and is open to everyone, so bring your family and friends. Make the most of the short bloom period with traditional and modern Japanese festivities, performances, music, Japanese food, games, and crafts! Southside Speedway Opening Night

Better known as “The Toughest Short Track in the South,” Southside Speedway opens for its 60th season on Friday, 3/29! It’s a paved 1/3 mile oval race track located on Genito Road in Midlothian, Virginia, and Friday nights families and fans can watch bumper to bumper action from six divisions including Late Models, Modifieds, Grand Stocks, U-Cars, Legends and Bandoleros. Easter Bunny & Petting Zoo

Starting Saturday between 11:00-6:00, bring the kids to Short Pump Town Center to take pictures with the Easter Bunny (upper level near LL Bean) and visit baby lambs, bunnies, chicks and more at their annual Spring Petting Farm (lower level between Crate & Barrel & Pottery Barn). Virginia Daffodil Society Show
